  1. Could we theoretically send Bo to the Arizona Fall League for rehab games to prepare him for the World Series. I feel like I remember Jeff McNeil doing it a few years ago but could be wrong.
  2. Whatever you guys do. Just don’t let Spanky go full Oshawa. Thst won’t end well for anybody.
  3. Pretty shocking that people here don’t understand how good Max could be in a 2 or 3 inning stint in the middle of a ball game. He’s not going to be starting. He has been working on mechanics and not tipping. His stuff overall still looks decent and his Fastball probably plays up in a relief role. At the very least he can do what Tommy Nance did in the ALDS which was look extremely mediocre.
  4. Glad they brought Max and Bassit. Very disappointing about Bo.
  5. The Mariners did not look good in that Division series but a month ago I think people were looking at them as the best team in the American League. It certainly looked that way after the trade deadline. Will be interesting see the health of some of their starters especially Woo because that can have some massive implications on the series. And who they choose to start and bring out of the pen. After Brash and Munoz some serious question marks in the bullpen but Bazardo might be coming off the best outing of his career. He pitched in every game of that series so that Bullpen is pretty taxed.
  6. They also didn't need to decoy sending Yesavage and Gausman to Bullpen in the Yankee series but they choose to anyway. They actually had them go individually and noticeably solo just to put the thought in the Yankees mind. Maybe leaking that video was put the Mariners minds they don't need to prepare for him. These professional sports teams do these little games all the time. Normally you don't get both picture and audio of a player doing a private workout. You might hear a sports writer say you saw a certain player throwing, hitting, or whatever but that video had like several angles and audio lol. I could be completely wrong but I am kinda calling bs on it for the time being.
  7. Could be for show. That video seems oddly public given the scenario. I don't think they would have him running if there was anything structurally wrong. Will find out tomorrow if its a pain tolerance thing or if he actually isn't ready to go.
  8. It makes perfect sense actually. There is a difference between being hurt and being injured. Just like there is a difference between being sore and being in pain. If this is the regular Season his ramp up for recovery is slowed down. If they were concerned him running could further worsen an injury he would not be running and he would be shut down. Him being sore running the bases isn't a massive concern... coming off a knee injury its expected. If he was going to compromise team performance he wouldn't be playing. If he was injured he wouldn't be playing. Its if they can be healthy enough to perform is the question and the answer appears to be yes but we will find out for sure tomorrow.
  9. Nobody cares if he's in discomfort. Its whether he can play through it without making it worse is the important part.
  10. Jacob Missionary gets his ass clapped again.
  11. Brewers being knocked out guarantees the Jays get home field advantage in the World Series. But I agree the Cubs have no chance of beating the Dodgers
  12. Baseball will be played again soon.
  13. Luis Castillo does not impress me much his ability to miss bats is declining. I think the Jays light him up this time. As for Cal he is not Judge. He can be pitched to. Problem is when you don’t locate he crushes balls. Especially breaking balls down as a left handed hitter. You gotta show him velocity up and make him chase down. Lots of holes in his swing.
  14. Bieber pitching in Seattle with the roof closed is probably best case scenario for him. They were trying to hit Homeruns for 15 innings and looked abysmal doing so.
  15. No our World Series is the World Series lol I don't know why Yankees fans started some weird narrative that beating them was all we cared about lol. We aren't The Red Sox.
  16. Bryce Miller's biggest problem this year was he couldn't miss bats. Now he is facing a team that puts the bat on the ball. Probably not a good matchup for Seattle at all but crazy things happen.
  17. Both preferably. Drop Bruihl and Nance.
  18. Well we thought it was going to be Seattle and it is. I didn't think the Tigers would take them to the brink but here we are.
  19. Terrible OF throw forces the bases loaded situation
  20. I think we are seeing why we hadn't seen Tommy Kahnle until the 15th inning.
  21. I think I understand why Tigers fans hate Riley Greene now.
  22. So ideally we get the entire rotation in this game tonight. We got 15. I want 20 now lol
  23. Please do. Whatever it takes.
