    I'm not opposed to the job he's done with the pitchers but he still doesn't seem like someone they would chose in that role.

    The only silver lining if we don't make the playoffs is it guarantees Gibbons and his coaching staff are gone. I could even see Walker being replaced since P2C pitching is not something Shatkins buy into (thank the Lord).

    Sanchez has been pitching worse as the season progresses. His xFIP has went up and the K/9 has fallen a lot

    Thing is, this placement means he also gets the least ABs in the game. Smoak has a chance for more ABs which is just wrong.
