Its obvious he is about 85% at the plate and in pain when he tries to power. Hitting him in the 5-hole just because he is Tulo is a mistake. Hes was brutal at plate before getting hurt and making the adjustment to AL pitching. Rangers can see he is lacking, its plain as day. Tulo in 7 spot was the right spot.
