BLUE JAYS TICKET REFUND/ACCOUNT CREDIT POLICY FOR UNPLAYED 2015 POSTSEASON GAMES
1. FULL SEASON TICKET HOLDERS & FLEX PACK PURCHASERS (marked "SEASON" or "PACK" on the front of the ticket) will have the amount paid by them on account of unplayed games credited towards their 2016 season tickets or flex pack purchase, as applicable. Any full season ticket holder or flex pack purchaser that requires a refund must contact their account representative before 5:00 p.m. on November 13, 2015. All monies will be refunded to the person or entity named on the account via the same pay method.
2. MLB BROADCAST PARTNERS' & MLB OFFICE-ISSUED TICKETS marked "MLB" on the front will be automatically refunded to the person or entity named on the account.
3. MAJOR LEAGUE TEAMS-ISSUED TICKETS marked "TEAM" on the front will automatically be refunded back to the team that issued the ticket. Team tickets SHOULD NOT be returned and have no cash value. For a refund contact the team that issued the tickets.
4. TICKETMASTER, TELEPHONE, BLUEJAYS.COM and MLB.COM PURCHASES: Refunds will be credited to the credit card used in the original purchase.
5. ALL OTHER TICKETS must be returned for a refund by December 11, 2015. Please send by registered mail to:

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED TO HOLDER UPON PRESENTATION IN PERSON . Anyone who purchased this ticket from a source other than the Blue Jays must seek a refund through the party from which the ticket was purchased.
