I'm curious if the umps not feeling the buzzer becomes an issue from time to time. I have a smart watch and I'll admit, I don't always feel the vibrating on my wrist when my alarm goes off. I hope they really cranked that vibration up. -

Leafs fanbase is an anomaly. No one is arguing that. I just don't think you're going to see the major hit in attendance that you're implying. Will there be some? Of course...but I don't think it would be nearly that dire. However, if this management group is going to slap bandaids on the team like the 2017 Jays did and try and present the illusion of a competitive team fans will see right through that and it will be worse...and I'm not talking about casuals. They're morons. But knowledgable fans know what they're looking at.

My take... Not a chance does Tiedemann make this team out of spring training. He's pitched 11 innings in AA, he's not going to be 21 until August, and he's not on the 40 man roster. You'd have to dump someone to make room for him. It would be poor roster/asset management. And in case you're going to cite Manoah....Alek was 23 when he got called up after his 18 innings in AAA. No need to rush Tiedemann. The team has depth on the mound. Should they run into serious injury issues, poor performance issues, AND Tiedemann sets the world on fire, maybe at that point do they look at that move...but after the All-Star break would be the earliest I can see that happening...and that's in a perfect world. -
They won't go anywhere. This city can handle losing...what they get frustrated with is incompetence and indecision. A management team with no plan or an idiotic one sets people off. If this team lingers in nowhere land (too good to draft high, and too s*** to actually have a shot at winning) people will get pissed.
