He doesn't. This is a veteran team filled with hitters than have long and successful track records. What is he gonna tell them. It's guys like Thole, Goins, maybe Pillar and Smoak that he can work with. And there's only so much he can do with guys like that.

I can't talk to most people about sports. You have to be a hardcore fan to really "get it". Get what's intelligent and what's flat out retarded. We don't all agree on things around here, but for the most part I think we all generally get it. I hate being in a social setting and I hear people try to talk sports. It actually offends me. -
