  1. Of course. But my mentality is always, 'if you're a championship calibre team, is player X on your roster'? There aren't too many on this team that I like as serious core pieces. Filler guys? Sure. You're always gonna have #8 #9 guys in the lineup... But I'm a traditionalist in that I kinda like elite level production from my 1B. Smoak provided that last season, so it's in him... But we've only ever seen it the once.
  2. I want more than that from my 1B.
  3. In the minors? Starting, without a doubt. The point is to get as many innings under his belt as he can to develop and hone his craft. Get the innings under his belt so he's ready sooner than later.
  4. The real Gruber I assume?

Domi is highly overrated. He's good, but not nearly as good as many are making him out to be.
  6. Not even sure why everyone gets so bent out of shape over Keith Law. Who cares. The only thing that matters is how Kevin Smith and our other prospects actually perform. KLaw had no impact on that.
  7. Zomg!! Three jayzzz ar going to exceed the cap!!!1!!1!
  8. Good. This corrupt system has to stop.
  9. LOL @ the DR
  10. He will...even if he shouldn't
  11. That's called drafting, scouting, and development. Three things that give me wood.
  12. I like how he's a Top 10 prospect in their ranking yet everyone is outraged that Fangraphs thinks he's a bum.
  13. Pillar? Solarte? Moderate prospect for either?
  14. It would be. But he was struggling before he went down... And I see he returned tonight...0-for-3 with 3 Ks.
  15. Does Warmoth go to Lansing when he gets back?
  16. Not surprised. 2019 we'll see several youngsters given opportunities to do something.
  17. I love BJs Podcast
  18. 98 pitches. That's the one thing with Happ. Too many pitches to get through an inning.
  19. You're assuming Vladdy returns. My source tells me he's getting his leg amputated.
  20. Or 6 in 7 games if you break it down further.
  21. He is still only 23 though.
  22. For those that didn't know... @KeeganMathesonFollowFollow @KeeganMatheson More The #BlueJays final pick of the 2018 MLB Draft (Round 40, 1196 overall) was a symbolic one.South Alabama SS Drew LaBounty fouled a ball off his eye earlier this year, a career-ending injury that has required multiple surgeries. Now he goes out an MLB draftee.
