just found this awesome post in the comments section of a blue jays article on new york post:
"Canadian fans of the Blue Jays with tickets to Game 5 are invited to arrive at the Rogers Centre 2 hours before game time to take part in a baseball clinic sponsored by MLB and FoxSports. The clinic will include the rudiments of the laws of the game (number of innings, the purpose for ‘extra innings’, what “outs” are, the difference between balls and strikes), followed by an on-field (on “ASTRO-Turf”) practical clinic in catching and throwing a baseball.
The catching clinic will be led by 14 season MLB veteran Harold Reynolds, now a broadcaster with FoxSports. His eclectic resume includes leading the American League in four successive seasons in errors by a second baseman, and volumes of valuable MLB post-season mid-game commentary including the likes of “the players in Game 3 in Arlington are having trouble fielding the ball on grass, committing errors, because they have been thrown off their game by the first two games of the series played in Toronto on that ‘ASTRO-Turf’ ”.
Those with tickets to Game 5 should queue at Gate 10 by 1pm. Only the first 50 attendees will be admitted for the baseball clinic. Those interested should make sure to bring with them a baseball glove for participation in Reynolds’ practical catching clinic. They are generally available at a few of the larger sporting good stores in Canada, although you may need to wade through all the hockey equipment to get to the baseball section. Please be sure to purchase a baseball glove for the hand opposite to your throwing hand. Baseball players generally catch with one hand and throw with the other.
Following the baseball clinic you will be collecting a limited edition commemorative Harold Reynolds bobble-head doll. You will then be able to take your seats, enjoy Game 5, and cheer on your Toronto Blue Jays! If a foul ball comes your way, you should be all prepared with your new baseball glove and valuable catching skills learned at the Harold Reynolds Catching Clinic, sponsored by MLB and FoxSports. Enjoy! And Go Blue Jays!!
(If Harold Reynolds, MLB or FoxSports should read this, they should not go all a-Twitter on it; it is “only a joke”.)"
