I've noticed you've been quoting me and responding with "CHP"...didn't know what it meant. I'm not CHP but I was someone else that was banned for a ridiculous reason about a year ago. Won't say more than that.

As a long time reader and newish poster, I've come across some acronyms we use here that I haven't come across anywhere else. Maybe this thread can help fill in the blanks for me and other new posters? FYSMC = f*** you, suck my cock TLDR = Too long, didn't read CHP = ??? Also can anyone explain the origins of "dumn"? Please add to this list, going off the top of my head here.

Darin Fletcher was awesome, though very unorthodox and a huge homer. But when he was working games I made it a point to make sure I was watching because he was hilarious. I'd welcome listening to him. Buck annoys me with his awkwardness and he seems like the kind of guy who would sit next to you in a bar and make you feel super awkward...but after living through the Rob Faulds and Jamie Campbell years, I will not complain. -
Kevin Barker on Hutchison being sent down: "I've been sent down to the minors. You don't really work on anything, it's about getting your head straight." Maybe this is why he was basically a career minor leaguer? How the eff did this guy get a gig on the radio? He SOUNDS stupid, and then when you listen to what he says, he IS stupid.

I'm sure Rogers would continue to broadcast it, probably on SN1 since it would force people to upgrade their packages. If not, CTV or TSN would probably just use the ESPN or Fox Sports feed. Either way, it'll obviously be out there. -

Because we are fine as we are and there's zero sense in bringing him up to sit on the bench and waste service time that will bite us down the line. And there's no guarantee he will be an improvement.

Not saying I hope it happens. But if gets traded away from playing on the turf, and gets traded to the Yankees and his first game is on the turf and he gets hurt...it would be ironic.

At the start of the season most people thought the Yankees were too old and would break down in the second half. It's the second half, and they are breaking down. No doubt they have strong pitching but the way Girardi is overtaxing their bullpen, that is going to breakdown eventually too imo. But then, I'm a homer.

Even if the Jays were to lose this series, if you watched the Yankees series against the Indians...you'd probably not be too worried. They are free falling.

It would be funny if they got him for say Sunday's game, and he tripped on the turf and rolled his ankle. Well not funny...but the irony would be kind of delicious.
