Sartori made some of that difference. As well as a gradual shift towards analytics, which let us do more actual meaningful work than the mainly menial work Nox had to do.

I'd pretty much give Heyward whatever he wants. He is the exact guy you give a huge contract to. Young - It will be his 26 year old season. Hitter Consistent Skills - Defense and walk rate Also, take Revere out and add Colabello in at 1B. Heyward in LF/CF, Pillar in LF/CF and Bautista in right.
