    I agree with your strategy in a 20 player keeper. Its most important to have a better lineup and rotation and then use waiver draft and waivers for bullpen. Once you have elite lineups and rotation, then you can get elite bullpen arms.

    Premise is to give best team last pick right? That should mean best in regular season, not champ. WS winners don't get last pick in MLB.

    What? Why would you do anything but regular season order? Using playoff order would be ridiculously unfair. Best team in the league should always get last pick.
