    What does the rest of the game have to do with the specific situation? Absolutely nothing. Chances of Bradley scoring Holt is probably much less than the steal success rate.

    I don't mind the steal attempt at all. Bradley vs. Loup is almost an auto out and the noise level must be huge. Not a bad idea.

    Everyone else is trolling so why not? That was actually nowhere near as bad as everyone is saying though. Only a small percentage make that play in the air and it gets by some.

    True, but thats not what happened here. Its the same thing if there was a flyout and the runner from first is tagged while standing on second. He is out and they don't have to throw to first.

    He would be out if Smoak tagged him since he cannot be safe on another bag if he is forced somewhere.

    Because when Smoak touched the bag he took off the force and Young was safe. He would have had to tag him first then touch the bag to get both.
