    Is there any merrit to HR derby messing up a players swing? I kinda lean him not going if only cause its another day off for him for down the stretch. Having said that, it would be a lot of fun and the exposure would be awesome for his MVP season

    Well to that I'd say Merryweather and Romano aren't really comparable because they look like and perform like elite relievers and it would be indefensible to not use them as such . But your mostly right Castro over Dolis is mostly a wash although I personally would have been happier to see Castro blow it considering the recent history Dolis has had against the Red Sox.

    Even if your projections turn out right in that Castro is the worse move over Dolis I almost guarantee its not the reason is using Dolis in that situation. It's strictly a seniority thing and if the projections were reversed it wouldn't matter.

    Defensively? nah, but I guess you wouldn't make a defensive sub in that situation anyway.

    Why is panik rostered over espinal, one can play third one can't. Biggio and Panik are both lefties anyway not like theyre platooning the two.

    The Jays schedule is kind of completely ********, they haven't even played the orioles yet, meanwhile it seems like the Rays and Redsox are getting gimmie series back to back to back. It'll all even out in the end of course, but its super noticeable this year .
