    This is so... like, against everything AA does. Like, he must have some assurance that ownership would let him throw the dump truck of cash at Price and go past that 5 year limit (which he was allowed to do on acquiring Tulo, sooo...). I mean, we're at .500 right now, it's no guarantee we make it to the dance.

    In the NL West, he had 3 pitcher's parks, 1 neutral, and 1 lauching pad while facing the Kershaws, Greinkes, MadBums, Rosses and Shieldses of the world. Here he has 4 launching pads and Tampa. And only has to worry about Archer, Odorizzi, and Tanaka.

    Yeah, it'll be the trade acquisition in all likelihood. Can't see them bring Norris up considering they want him to focus on his fastball and refining it (which explains the poor numbers command. Throwing it 75% of the time, hitters can just sit on it). I suspect Tepera is next once the new starter is brought in. I'm going to Sunday's game and that's where the empty spot is due up.

Always hated how some people just decided to interpret that as not caring about winning. Reyes was pretty damn frustrating at times, especially with the hacking, especially with trying to be too cute, and ESPECIALLY with the defensive side of the ball, but I have never really thought of him as slacking off.
