  1. Good memory, but that's not what I said this time. All I said is they should go out there focused on winning the wild card, if they win more great. "Stop at 85 wins. Once you get there, stop. One you hit 82 or 83, slow down so you can stop at 85. Should be good enough." How do you jump to such an idiotic conclusion? It was funny, but still ridiculous given what I said.
  2. Yup me too, I rather save the Yankee bashing for the playoffs.
  3. I really feel the wildcard will be sufficient and should be their goal. If they are going for the division mentally, they'll be really burned out if they do miraculously make it or worse burned out and destroyed if they don't.
  4. Its not going to happen, the dynamic just doesn't work.
  5. I actually don't mind the O's. Even when they threw at JB it felt like it was in a competitive nature. f*** the Royals, they are the real ****s in all of this. KC isn't even in our division, the other night was just about those losers having monster egos, every last one of them including Yost. To think I closely followed their run last year...So glad the Giants won
  6. Hahahhahaha definitely the latter
  7. Idk I really like Colabello at first and in the lineup everyday over Smoak. Part of the reason why I felt the Valencia DFA wasn't so bad was because we now have depth in the outfield, but even in the infield if JD went down, you just move Tulo over, but also cuz I felt that CC had an everyday spot either at first or on the bench. This Thole thing is frekin idiotic... I'd do it for Dickey, he has earned it, but Martin having a sore thumb?
  8. lolllll Ump was like what the s*** U serious bro???
  9. It's just BS that we had nothing to do with this crap until it got out of hand b/c of that POS ump and yet have guys suspended, while KC walks off without a scratch.
  10. Why couldn't they just suspend Gibby for 10 games and be done with it?
  11. We need to go on a run right now. Hopefully the most unrealistic assumption in all of this is that the Yankees keep winning, they are bound to take a week or two off here they've been on quite a tear.
  12. If we go 7-6 vs the Yankees, we will have to go 28-14 against other opponents to tie them according to roW%. I see what you mean though
  13. We gotta outperform them somewhere in the schedule. As unrealistic as beating them 10+ times sounds, it is likely the easiest route we can take.
  14. Look at it like this. If we win all 13 against the Yankees, they will be 7.5 games behind us with 13 games less than we have now to make up that ground. Hopefully the O's f*** off along the way and we are set!
  15. Let's just sweep the 13 games? problem solved, nice and eezee
  16. Yeah but when it comes to 2B defence its not even close. Goins > Travis
  17. Well if team moves forward fully confident they will crush any team in a 1 game wildcard, they most probably catch the Yanks anyway. If they aren't sure, we probably don't even make the WC.
  18. Man it would be sweet if we could change back and forth between Dickey and Price mid at bat...
  19. ROFL, Price IS pitching even if the wildcard game is the same day he pitched to secure our wildcard berth. Also winning the division has a lot less value these days b/c of the second wildcard and given what KC and SanFran did last yr.
  20. I agree except on Hutch don't think he improves that much the rest of the year.
