    Dont worry they will find the next decades archer, and Odorizzi and such. With the Rays the pitching setup will continue to produce young top of the line pitchers.

    Jays need to cash in now by trading Burly, Dickey and Estrada and make something off them. All three could bring significant prospects now, and are not going to be next year anyways.

    What good is a farm system, if it doesn't result in MLB wins. Actually its worse, because the great farm system of the bluejays is resulting in wins for other teams.

    Yep. I think the biggest mistake was hiring JPRs assistant. Really that allowed a continuity to poor decision making to continue. Going back to 2002, things could have gone very differently for this franchise.

Nothing changes with the guy. Prob hoping to get to 84 wins to buy another year of employment
