  1. I guess the real question was if Rogers didn't make Shatkins sign Bautista would be starting the season with a 135 Mil payroll and Carrera in RF bc Shatkins has done nothing else since. They clearly weren't in on anyone else Afraid of taking risks bc they dont want any blame. Unless of course it was to sign a fat dh to a massively overpriced contract who wasn't even an AVERAGE hitter last year IMPEACH SHAPIRO
  2. Nothing surprising ever happens in sports Oh yeah hey remember when that star qb bledsoe got hurt and this 7th round pick quarterback had to step in. Wonder what happened to that scrub What about when the WhiteSox surprisingly claimed Rios opening up a daily RF spot for September Or when the Reds made us take a throw in the Rolen trade Give it a f***ing rest. You are the worst poster on this board. People like you really want the Jays to fail so you can express your misdirected misery
  3. How is this fair, Cardinals should lose their no1 next year.
  4. Its not important how much better Moss is, the only thing thats important is whatever narrative you tell yourselves in order to justify an absolutely horrible offseason, and a front office that has no direction, is still operating as if its a small market challenged team, and a president who is unable to execute (Unless its Morales, lets sign him quickly or his fat ass might get away. By the Morales is still a free agent today looking for 1/8 Million if the Jays dont sign him)
  5. Thats a song, great deal Wonder if they will DH him and outfield some. Perhaps deal Dyson.
  6. Let's give up assets for things there are completely viable options for in the FA Market
  7. Barnes was good in small sample size last year I hope he isnt a disappointment this spring
  8. Breslow awful and we are salivating over him like he was Chapman
  9. Lol by talking about me you are giving me what I want
  10. Oh come on old friend can't we be friends again unignore me and once again light the fire on your loins Please quote so he can see
  11. Yes I am sure baldy can't wait to kill the fan base ala cleveland. He loves to destroy baseball teams
  12. We blew like 5 games in April and May last year because of this garbage bin huntin mentality and Breslow is f***ing awful. Sign a proper goddamn reliever
  13. He said him and Shapiro are afraid of spending Rogers money because they don't really believe in this team and can't wait to dismantle it. They didn't really want to sign Bautista but Edward Rogers forced their hands. They only want to make safe and risk averse deals that make them look good You see for the longest time in Cleveland they didnt have any money to spend and now they are afraid to execute deals Further more he made it clear that the biggest component of the recent Indians success was Andrew Miller who was acquired in a deal they Shapiro and Atkins would have never made. Ross further admitted that he had no idea how to actually put a winning baseball team together and that his real job was getting Shapiro's coffee and looking after Gibby
  14. HERPDERP;1112146]Holland with a vesting option I would've wanted that, but I doubt he would have came here as the set up guy So whats wrong with asking OSuna to be the set up man,
  15. I'm inclined to think there is no more money
  16. Wow this is a great deal. Salty hit well until 2015 career 92Wrc+ And on a minor league. He is also a switch hitter he should make this club. Good good job
  17. Hundley would have been the perfect add are we gong with Jimenez
  18. I think Shatkins would rather keep the room and see how the team is first. Then make a Liriano Upton type deal
  19. The bullpen looks atrocious beyond Osuna, Grilli and Biagini I assume Loup is the left hander so he is in, plus the Rule 5 Picks That leaves two spots for everyone else to compete for. If Floydd is healthy he probably starts of with one. Need to add at least one more good option here, though I rather spend on Left Field. relievers are so fickle.
  20. Wilner is giving the impression that only minor league and long shot additions from this point on
  21. What does Blanton go for. That would be a bolstering addition freeing up Biagini
