The 2003 Marlins were really f***ing good (I followed the NL East very closely back then). They would be the type of team to always make a huge comeback in the 8th and 9th and their rotation was solid af.

Reyes was a great guy and a good player. I'm actually sad to see him leave (no homo)

Yeah honestly, I am doubtful of this trade. Reyes possibly really pissed off management with all his errors. I think AA wanted to solve the shortstop question for the long run. But Hoffman could have been used to get an ace.... Anyhow... I'll miss Reyes even though his defense sucked. His energy was contagious and his handshakes were funny as hell. Especially that one with Russell haha.
