  7. BA actually talked about Davis a lot and thought it would not be surprising if Davis went 1st, given the lack of good college bat this year. His arm is a real cannon. It’s a solid bat that will stick behind the plate. His overall package isn’t quite in the tier of Rutschman though.
  8. He was a top end pick pre-season but stock slipped a bit. The talent is there and I like his power but not sure about taking him at 19. He looks more like a 2nd rounder right now similar to Conine. The college prep group is notoriously weak this year, while the prep bat group is very strong. I rather take gamble on a higher ceiling bat if they don’t like the pitching available.
