  1. You're definition of bad is probably different than most. Nice play boys.
  2. That's because he's a platoon bat to his strength.
  3. Why do they always try to compare prospects to established major Leaguers? Seems awfully hard to predict lol
  4. Something like this http://pbs.twimg.com/media/Cuxub0AUsAA_rKp.jpg
  5. Got to get up by 6am tomorrow. Gnight all. Someone post the fireworks later if we win.
  6. Hi welcome! Well that's what rehab is for. A couple of short rehab starts should reveal his progress. We really need him as a starter and more importantly a workhorse to get the rotation going deep in ball games again or our BP is going to be dead by August.
  7. I don't think they could have predicted his K rate would be cut in half and there's no way they expected this type of return but perhaps they saw potential for Smoak to be a poor man's Chris Davis with a full time gig. We often forget that $4MM/yr isn't a very big contract in the overall picture and the possibility of losing EE/Bautista was sort of a big deal back then.
  8. Was at my son's ball game yesterday and phone died. Had to wait to watch the end of game. Smoak, JD, Osuna! http://i.imgur.com/YW5cUOU.gif
  9. I feel like anytime we give up only 1 run in the first it's a success.
  10. Merged in to one clusterf*** of a thread.
  11. Liriano. Even if they are both equal in value as starters (Which I don't think are), Biagini is a rock in the BP. He's much better suited for multi-inning work over Barnes and get rid of Grilli all together pls.
