  1. Whoops... Maybe I got my hopes up too early there.
  2. runner up- Bo Jackson running up the wall 1st- 1988 Mets vs. Reds Strawberry saving a HR and starting his throw to 2nd for the double play before his feet were on the ground (I was at this game). Best Blue Jays- Tie between Devon White and Pillar (Pillar's was more impressive but Whites was during the World Series) Edit: always liked Kevin Mitchel's bare handed catch (though it was more of blooper)
  3. With the way this rubber grass is playing, Id like my potential pinch hitters knowing how to bunt... looking at you Goins.
  4. Where is Navarro in this lineup? Hopefully on his way to Arizona...
  5. Twisted, you should start up a Forum play-of-the-day thread and throw things like these in
  6. Jays won. People got banned. Pretty sure someone put your name forward as a potential mod... too bad you weren't here to claim your title
  7. I think it will be a righty. Demoting hynes would leave just Cecil and Loup as lefty options. Redmond is on thin ice. Havent seen enough of Estrada but im pretty sick of other teams hitting home runs off us, so I dont mind if goes.
  8. The Saunders trade is going to be worth it for the sole fact that it is making Pillar play like a baseball god.
  9. I was going to compare it to one of Trouts awhile back. Davis' was good but Pillar laid out for his... I think it is the 2nd best hr robbing catch i have every seen (first was Strawberry where he managed to throw out a baserunner before he hit the ground).
  10. 88 pitches 3.1 IP, 7R, 8h, 3BB .... how the hell did he last that long?
  11. Seems like the new framing trick is to just drop the ball... at least Martin is in on it.
  12. Surprisingly similar plays there, well executed until the throw.
  13. I never thought I would look forward to seeing the bottom half of a lineup, but these guys are real producers.
  14. How about make a thread about your negative points so that those of us that dont want to read your asinine ramblings can just ignore you... speaking of ignore...
  15. Ok, I dont know how Pillar can be sent down, at least in the short term.
