Again just jeteson Lind and make Melky a full time DH backup left field as well! I see it like this 7 mill for a part time batter that needs a platoon partner or 16-18 mil for Melky money well spent! Sign denaforia? And u gain a useful bench bat and outfield backup as well! -

I just thought the two young guns could cover the gaps from the corner spots better! And Bautista has the stronger arm from Center . Plus the Fact that Gose doesn't play well with others and putting him and pompey beside each other might be dangerous for their health! Lol hence why I " kept them separated" plus I always found Center the easiest position in the outfield to play myself!

Also could a outfield of Pompey LF, Bautista CF, Gose RF play then sign someone like Denorfia to round it out and gain a nice bench bat as well !

I for one have no problem with paying for Melky on a 3 year deal and letting Lind walk! One less platoon. Melky can DH full time and spell off in the outfield or against left hand pitchers? When we need to sit Gose !

I could live with Bautista at third, lawrie at 2nd, EE at first and if I get just one wish Reyes is traded and I could live with Goins at ss! Please

Can to venture a dollar value ? I will not make you pay it! Lol Also how little would Goins have to improve to equal this? Sad but I think I hold out more hope of Goins improving more then I ever see Gose doing!

Does he have any value as a second basemen moving forward or is he strictly a fielder now? Any idea what he will be worth dollar wise?

Not sure like I said his contract on cots just has it ending and does not show arb1,arb2 like others do? His contact he was on was a 4-5 year deal that just ended. Not sure what his status is moving forward, anybody know?

Question and yes I know he is a Scott Boras client. But is Dustin Ackley a free agent? Cots has his contract ending 2014, but I do not see his name on any free agent list for this off season. Would he be a buy low option( with Scott not likely) or option for the jays at second moving forward?

Ya so a guy who will cost us runs and outs per inning or game is better! I.E see Jose Reyes, guess we might as well add another since Reyes is working so well ! Recipe for the worst middle infield defense. Yup how could this be bad! Lol

Wait so he can bat but sucks at his position. So how is he gonna help ? He is the Anti-Goins! Think I will stick with the defense then and Goins! Cost less and upside is greater! Send Goins to work with joey or EE hitting coach and have him fix him! Win win paid vacation and Ang has a room for him to stay in and sisters or was it nieces he was pimping! Lol
