    Dodgers want a short stop and a pitcher, also looks like they could use more veteran catchers .... Hmmmmm! Reyes, Dickey + his platoon partner,Navarro! For Crawford,Howell,one of Baez/Garcia and Darnell Sweeny? And we save about 13 mill to boot!

    Dickey + platoon partner and Reyes, throw in Izturis and Money if needed 13 mill-15 ? Take back Kyle Crick and Scutaro ! Sign Headley! Shields! Cruz/Melkey? Headley, Goins and lawrie should provide awesome defense !

    Well after we buy one of Panda/Headley or get a stop gap 2nd baseman, sign James Shield and miller! We will be left with the kids or Suzuki and or Denorfia as new outfielders on the jays!

    Arizona is looking to dump salary, would they do Ross and Hill saving 21.5 mill for a izturis,Francisco and pillar plus money!

    Question: can we do or afford to do the following, can you sign Suzuki and Denorfia to 5-7 million dollar minor league contracts with invites to spring training? Depth for minors if they don't make it or depth in the minors case pompey can't go to start or injuries happen? Can you ever do this? Rule preventing it? Would both players be open to it?

    I said it earlier with the money spent on Martin and maybe a headley or Shields to come! AA will look to go cheap in the field as he is also looking to upgrade the pen. Hence be prepared for Suzuki and Denaforia signings ahead! both should cost less then 12 mill to sign give or take a couple mill.

    Well cause EE will be DH and Smoak and Mayberry will play 1st is more likely! Smoak will be our lighting in a bottle hitting 25 + HRs next year!

    We will be getting Suzuki and Denorforia for the outfield ! Hitters yes! Cheap yes! Short term yes! Done deal! EE dh, Smoak mayberry platoon at first! Maybe then we can if AA has lost his mind and Rogers bank is open still, Headley and shields!

    Probable fate when the big boys get done and the smoke clears, we will still have Reyes and Dickey and his platoon partner! Lawrie at 3rd and a Goins/izturis combo at 2nd. AA will sign Suzuki and denaforia for outfield depth cause it fits our budget and would not have to be long term! As for the bullpen he just may have made all the moves we will see already! This sounds more likey then spending on any free agents that cost real money!

    Worse thing in sports for me is the " No Trade List " it's is utter ******** ! Punishes the team that has the player and the team that wants them. I would abolish it or limit it to only say 3-4 teams max. If a player wants more he pays a fine of 100,000 Dollars per team added above that number to the team and the teams added to the list above 3-4. First 3-4 to receive 100,000 as well no comp for home team. Competitive balance money! Take a stand with the players in the next talks, either or take that or no guaranteed contracts which you think the greedy bastards gonna keep! Lol
