Exactly. The Middle tier of teams has so many in in and anything can happen. Theres only a few elite teams and a couple that are awful.

Usually the worst defenceman are the ones that block a lot of shots. Plus the tracking of blocked shits is such a grey area.

How come we have blocks as a scoring category? Seems like pure luck even compared to stats like +/- and hits.

Thats a load of ********. Come spring training no one cares what happened last season. Probably a better benefit to finishing worse and getting more draft and intl bonus money.
