    Sounds like he can be a 2-3 WAR player which would be pretty damn good for this team. Gose will be great in Detroit's OF but he is a platoon player and with Pompey he doesn't really have a place to play.

    What the f***ing point to reaching out to all these players that you aren't going to sign? Like yeah Markakis could make sense on a 1/5 contract but everyone knows he won't sign for that so no point in even wasting your time.

    I think he is the one target that actually makes this team a contender. I don't think Atlanta would move him this season though unless we included Ross and even then they still might not want to trade him. Sidenote: Casey coached a hell of a game last night. The guy get criticized a lot by fans some of it warranted but way too much regardless. JV clearly was having an off night as well as Amir on the Defensive end so he went small with Ppat at the 5 and JJ at the 4 which was one of the biggest reasons the Raptors won.
