The attendance issue is overblown. They've raised prices like 50% in the last 3 years. Infield seats for the Boston games were like $145 each plus fees on TM. So while the attendance is way down I would expect their revenue to be pretty similar.
The true test will be to see how the team acquires enough pitching in the next few years because outside Pearson there really isn't much on the farm besides back of the rotation types. Stroman and Sanchez are FA after the 2020 season so the window with all the position player talent doesn't really line up with them.
Even next year the team is going to need at least 3 SP and that's if Stroman and Sanchez return.
