ahh ok, I wasn't sure as its showing what I'm assuming was last years roster for this team's owner.

Question, should I be dropping all the players on my current roster in yahoo, then adding the one's I drafted? Or is a commish gonna take of this noise?

Ok, thanks. I should of clarified, I meant players that were undrafted in this league, but drafted by an NHL team and did not come over. But from what you stated it seems they would just fall under unowned prospects from previous drafts, and be eligible for this entry draft. Is the doc currently updated to reflect up to date ownership of prospects?

King, are you or anyone going to post either on the Google doc or here a list of the available players in the waiver and entry drafts? Are players that were undrafted in previous years that are playing overseas part of the entry draft? Or are they waiver draft eligible? Benny and I are getting anxious to get this rolling, season is 3 weeks out boys!

Lol at that Smoak deal. Smoak has a very friendly team option in 2019 somewhere around 5-6 million if I recall correctly. Jays won't even consider any kind of contract for him until after next season and it won't be anything near what you suggested.

are the cut prospects available in the waiver draft as well? Also, after the entry draft are all unselected prospects considered FAs?

I have 6 picks, my roster is currently at 15, would I have to cut to 14 prior to draft to use the 6th pick? Or can I just drop a guy prior to my pick if he's better value for mah team? I drafted with the latter in mind.

Considering we don't really have an idea of what will be available in the waiver draft compared to some of the later s*** we drafted in this dispersal, grabbing more than 5 waiver picks isn't going to hurt. I'm too lazy to go through and look at everyone's roster and guess who they would cut. Unless there is a rule where you must have as many roster spots open as waiver picks prior to the start of the draft, which would be dumn considering its a mutli day draft.
