    Angels lineup.. puke! Estrada shouldn't have much trouble.. and you wonder why the Twins, O's, Rangers and Rays are salivating to play Toronto in the wild card game.

    Must win for both teams, especially if the Angels lose tonight, as Baltimore could get into the 2nd wild card or Minnesota could get within 1 game, pending the result of the Rangers/Tigers game, which Texas will likely win, as Randy Wolf is pitching for the Tigers..

    Well, it's going to be a very long night for the Angels. Combined with yesterday's poor performance vs. Quintana and the White Sox and Tropeano's poor outing, their bullpen will be torched for Heaney's start tomorrow.

    Waiting for the Jays lineup.. ugly Angels lineup tonight: LF Victorino RF Calhoun CF Trout DH Pujols 1B Cron SS Aybar C Ianetta 2B Ryan Jackson 3B Kaleb Cowart 7-8-9 is really ugly.. hitting under .200 (or no hits at all). Basically, shut Calhoun/Trout/Pujols down and the Jays will have a decent shot.

    Angels Now only 1 out in the loss column on the Astros. Rays beat the Astros 1-0. Jays now ahead of the Astros in the standings.

    Don't forget that the Angels are also closing in on the Astros as well. They're only 2 out in the loss column on Houston. And Houston has a killer schedule after the Rays, with the Dodgers, Yankees, and Twins. Plus, their September sked vs. the AL West could make or break their postseason hopes. Will their starters hold up?

    Michael Kay is such a moron.. Yanks also have to consider than SWB's Railriders are playoff bound, limiting how many arms the Yanks can call up on Sept. 1. In addition, they have a number of arms on the DL in SWB that are on the 40-man.
