    Red Sox are making winning hard on themselves by struggling to score vs. the last place Phillies--11th inning and still tied at 5, and threatening to tax the bullpen already drained from the Pomeranz disaster and facing Brian Johnson pitching in this series..

    If getting torched in AA is supposed to be development.. O's are doing a crappy job. Davidson just went deep off of him. Is it a wonder the Rockies and Blue Jays gave up on him? He'll be DFAed soon when the O's need to get YET another fresh arm.. as the bullpen will be toast again after Jimenez was forced to throw 3.2 IP of relief..and Castro is going to force the O's to use another arm tonight as he's crapping the bed..

    Holy, the O's are very bad... 4 GIDPs tonight! They're making the White Sox pitching look really good when it isn't... PS: Chris Davis got injured.. and now Seth Smith just committed an awful error in RF...

    Wow, do the Orioles suck! White Sox are jumping all over Wade Miley.. 5-0! Ubaldo warming up.. and we'll likely see former Blue Jay Miguel Castro and his flat 100 mph fastball that gets destroyed later.. what a pathetic org. the O's are!

    Damn, Strasburg's gettng lit up... 3-0 Braves already.. and with that shoddy bullpen, the Nats can't afford to see a starter struggle..

    Good thing Houston's hitting--because they have a problem with their pitching depth. McCullers is back on the DL (lower back), joining Keuchel, McHugh and Morton. How ths team is 12 up on the Angels is shocking--sooner or later, they're going to get exposed..

    AL Central is in the same boat--Cleveland is struggling to stay above .500, and Minnesota is surprising everyone despite a very shoddy bullpen (worst in the majors!) Hopefully this straightens out soon--Cleveland has enough talent to win that division.. and the rest of the Central doesn't.

    Former Blue Jays farmhand Ryan Schimpf optioned to AAA El Paso.... even with 14 HRs, a 35% K rate/PA(well over 40% of his ABs) apparently equals a trip to the minors.. of course, San Diego is a tire fire..

    Wow, Khris Davis's arm is embarassingly bad in LF... pretty easy for guys like Tulo and Donaldson to stretch hits into 2Bs..

    As it stands right now, all of the NL East (excl. Washington), San Diego and San Fran will be sellers. NL Central teams could be added if someone ever pulls away in that lousy division (who picked the Brewers to lead the NL Central on June 3?). The wild cards in the NL are coming out west, as the D-Backs, Dodgers and Rockies dominate the division.. though if someone like Colorado fades, a Central team could get in there.. AL is so close, nobody is close to being a seller yet--Oakland is on the fringes, as is Kansas City.. but the mediocrity of the AL Central is keeping KC in the race. AL West is a joke.. the question is how many games will Houston win by? 20? 30? The AL East is pretty tight.. anyone could win that division.

    Cleveland lost--so the Jays are now only 2 back of both Minnesota and Cleveland. And meanwhile, Tanaka sucks... ERA's up to 6.52. Yanks bullpen is going to be taxed.. but of course, can the O's hold a big lead?

    Reds are going to need to call up more arms tomorrow as their bullpen is going to be very gassed after this start.. their pitchers aren't good vs. the AL East.. and there goes another ball! 10-1 Jays...
