Cool man. I basically agree but still don't see the harm in waiting until June/July to make an informed decision. 2024 post-season here we come!

For some reason this made me laugh. I don't know why any fan would be anxious to start a rebuild... are you really looking forward to not having any chance to compete for 5-10 years? I can see the humor in my last question, but even if it's fool's gold, as a fan, I still like to have that shred of hope to start the season. Last year and this year are at least seasons I can foolishly invest my fandom into, and it's better than nothing. Maybe we can at least wait a few months before we start talking about a total rebuild?
