    Good lord 96, that is pretty odd considering his max vel was 95.3 according to Pitch F/X in 2012

    CC's avg velocity has dropped just over 1 MPH each of the last 2 seasons... this would follow suit with that downward trend, considering it's still ST and he should be able to notch up a couple before season starts 2011 93.9 2012 92.4 2013 91.3 2014 90?

    Got to watch Sanchez today. He was throwing hard 95-96 but didn't seem to have great command of the strike zone yet. Anyway nice guy, got his sig after the game!
