    I keep telling myself it’s a young team. They are playing meaningful baseball. We didn’t even expect a season. Just enjoy all the close games. But I cannot get there. It’s killing me. Lol. Nice job Dolis.

    Baseball has had a few players defy the body prototype over the years. Gwynn was tubby later in his career. Kirby Puckett was basically a fire hydrant. Lets hope our plunky dwarf Mexicano fits that mould. Im not quite sure how Tabby will describe him but im positive it will be as lame and creepy as usual.

    Agree. Im a huge Jansen fan too. Want him to succeed. He spent 2 days volunteering to coach in Calgary Jan 2019 working with my son and others (Picture). One of the nicest pro athletes I've ever met. It was a lot of fun talking to him and watching him work. Said Luke Mailie was much more helpful to him than Martin. Thought that was interesting. So far Borucki's Dad hitting instruction to him hasn't paid off lol.

    Someone was commenting in GDT yesterday Jansen has a 75 wRC+ over 600 PAs now. He has really struggled. How much worse could would Kirk be? I think we need more weight on this team since we DFA'ed Vogelbach. I don't know much about Kirk's D. C has been a black hole offensively for us 2020. Makes me appreciate Russell Martin more, even though he had some lean seasons with us. Guy is under rated with a 55 WAR career. Thats impressive. Contrast that with Sal Perez in KC who has 10. Pudge in HOF with 69.

    Baseball can be a crazy game. This team has lots of holes. But anything can happen once you are in. We didn’t give up anything to add to the team which was a solid approach. Teo is 28 and heathy. We haven’t scored much. So he sits him and all of a sudden Villar is a 3 spot bat. It’s a 60 GM season not 162. I think he is arb eligible and would like to keep putting up numbers. DET sucks and are 1/2 game back so put Teo in the order. I just can’t stomach or fathom Buntoyo. As I’ve said before he is the chick from Major League movie trying to tank the team. I’m not one to blame the Mgr for all and I don’t think normally they add or take away much. But Charlie is a special breed of clusterf***. If I have to watch more Jansen and Panik pop up sac bunts in Charles attempts to give up outs, I will need therapy. He seems to be nice man. Painfully poor manager.

    Yup. The Korean pitched well. He has been a lot better. Just groved one to wrong bat. We just didn’t hit. E and a base running blunder didn’t help. I can’t complain about how he used the arms tonight.

    I know guys get picked off but man. Vlad killed a possible big inning falling asleep on that pick off. He brain cramps more than Id like to see. Teo-like. Nice outings by all 3 jays on mound so far.
