    I watched him get that go ahead flare. PVRed game. Barf. Jays rained out. Yanks win. Odor comes through = Bad day. I hear Roark not starting tomorrow though so light at end of the tunnel.

    I know you are the eternal optimist and don't panic, but whether it was Gurriel 2B or Vlad 3B etc if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck its a duck...Bo has hands issues. Certain issues just don't always improve no matter how many reps. I even see it coaching little league year after year. Bo bobbled another in a romp last night. That matters especially at SS with the long throw. Not as sure as some others his leash is that long. I don't think he is an MLB SS but would love to be wrong.

    This is a likely scenario. Agreed although I'm not sure he does have the tools when it comes to hands. Its something most have or don't. Improvement is on the margins. Worth finding out if they are stone or not.

    Exactly. I see some posters say its ordained Bo plays SS. I don't agree. Vlad got the same talk at 3B. They will give Bo more of a shot because he isn't as bad at SS as Vlad is at 3B, but its not ordained. Mgm is smart enough to know, with our pitching staff, that bad D at short is jugular. Then again, they keep putting their faith in Buntoyo.

    He is. I want to will him to not be, but he is. As balls are hit to him I get Jose Reyes flashback PTSD tremors, and then I remember the calming effect of steady 2015 Tulo. Bo is going to be a very good bat, but he wont be playing SS too much longer sad to say. Weak D at SS is crippling and can't be hidden.

    What a great play. Fk Trout squared up that 99 mph FB no problem. Guy is 29 and has 76 career WAR. What a beast.

    Been a few years since i got the MLB.TV subscription but between COVID restrictions and the free trial I'm completely hooked again. Its been awesome. Will be signing up.

    I like him too. But not for that reason. I like him because he left Zack Britton on the bench and let Ubaldo Jimenez pitch to Edwin wild card 2016.

    Every year we heard that about Pillar from Buck and Tabby when Pillar got a bit hot. He has a new leg kick. He gave up a leg kick. He has really been working at knowing the strike zone and pitch selection. etc etc. Every year his wRC+ would end up 85-90 ish.

    He really does. They are squaring him up with ease. He is hanging his curve consistently. Darvish even gave it a ride.

    I think Kay would give you much better. Inconsistent but at least he has stuff, and would not be consistently s*** = Roark.

    Cruz probably won’t go to HOF because of the PED suspension but man he is fun to watch hit. Amazing that he is just crushing balls at 40. Off to a somewhat decent start with a 337 wRC+
