To be perfectly honest I lost all reasonable hope for this year by mid May. Taaaaaaaaaank, full speed ahead!

He's been everything that we could ask for this year, one of the few bright spots for the club. He's never going to hit .300 or post a high OBP methinks, but he gives you well above average defence and power in centre, and he'll provide great D in one of the corner outfield spots in 3 years or so when he loses a step or two. Hopefully Gose can get his s*** together by that point and take over there by then.

Yup. A while ago one of my buddies was always on my case about not stretching before my workouts, to be honest I just do range-of-motion rotations/shakeouts of my shoulders for a minute or two and I've never torn anything.

I seriously STILL want to bitchslap that obese Greek f***wit into a coma over that farce of a trade and it's been, what, 8 months? Just completely inexplicable. I'm still struggling to figure out his logic on that one and am coming up empty. -

Not really. Speaking for myself, my regard for AA's competence collapsed when he completely abandoned his previously stated philosophy of building a club from the ground up, concentrating on maintaining a strong farm, developing from within and adding key FA's only when the core was ready to go. This past offseason was a joke, and many here knew it. The guy morphed into Bryan f***ing Colangelo, FFS. He started out claiming he wanted to set us up for perpetual contention. He abandoned that, and now we have, at best, a 2 year window after this season with the oldest roster in MLB and no farm. Dude f***ed us royally.
