f*** it. Why not? Not like the Jays are gonna get anywhere this season.
Most likely this experiment will go on for maybe two or three games and then back to normal.
Lawrie is a very good athlete and should be more than able to handle that position. If the Jays really want him there, they got to make him stick there.
Put him out there and let him get as many reps as possible at 2B if you're serious about switching Lawrie over.
But I remember Jfas saying Lawrie would be just as valuable at 2B than he would be at 3B after positional adjustment. Not sure how that works, tbh. But it's worth noting.
But obviously, hopefully the Jays get lighting in a bottle w/ Francisco sticking in the majors and Lawrie at 2B.
