Use this thread for all things Stroman. Greg Wisniewski @coolhead2010 2h @harrypav Stroman said in interviews that he was throwing the curve today, not slider. Took a look at pitch f/x and they look similar. That nasty pitch he throws, is it a curve ball or a slider? Should we just call it a Slurve?

Wow the world doesnt want me to study tomorrow. Stroman and Taveras both called up, and I have five pitchers starting tomorrow. Hopefully the adderall keeps me focused. /rant

AA gets a lot of criticism and most of it is deserved. But there is no doubt that he has made some good decisions. -Signing Bautista to one of the best deals in baseball. If he waited till the end of the 2011 season to extend Bautista instead of spring training, it would have probably cost the team another $50 million. -Signing EE to one of the best deals in baseball -Rasmus Trade -Santos trade (Molina is worse). -Getting rid of the Wells contract -Not extending a qualifying offer to Josh Johnson even though everyone wanted him to. -Trading for Yunel Escobar -Brett Wallace for Gose (Gose is a 4th OFer at worst right now while Wallace isn't a major league player) -Marcum for Lawrie AA used to trade rape other GMs.
