It was just in response to the idea of not trading Sanchez to keep Stroman happy. You trade Sanchez for anything that makes the team better now and in the future and if Stroman has issues with it that effects his play, trade him as well. Doesn't have to be in the same trade or immediate but the notion of not trading someone to keep another player happy is bad management.
Not saying trade Stroman for x package specifically.
I'd agree with JFaS on making Sanchez the ideal starting piece in that deal. Don't think there are many deals that I'd consider giving up Stroman on yet.
