Much like Henderson, he really needs to add that third pitch. He has nasty stuff but good hitters will just sit on one of his pitches (usually the fastball) and then go from there.
Tomorrow's starter Chris Young has a 3.27 ERA, but he has the highest xFIP of qualified pitchers as well as the lowest GB% at 23.2%, the next closest is 31.9%...
He's due for some massive regression, I really like it for us.
This is not a loss anyone should be mad about. It was hard enough to face Felix, but after yesterday's 19 inning marathon our chances were bleak. We just have to hope that players get a good rest tonight, with Lindy back tomorrow we'll get a good boost to our lineup.
