  1. There aren't any runners in scoring position...
  2. Ken Griffey Jr. had 630 well positioned flyballs and he was a near-unanimous Hall of Fame selection. I don't see anyone complaining about his approach at the plate, and if someone actually did then they probably aren't/weren't very smart.
  3. Good pitcher, not elite, not "game over" kind of pitcher.
  4. Who cares? Homeruns are a good thing, why are we trying to discredit them? Encarnacion, Bautista and Donaldson all seemingly go up there and try to hit the ball as hard as possible in the air everytime, and it works out great. I'd take a walk and a homer over a few "well-placed" singles every day of the week, and I don't see why anyone would prefer different.
  5. Or rather, a brilliant pitching display by the hottest team in baseball.
  6. TV dives for days. Awful outfielder.
  7. Carrera, what the actual f***?
  8. The good younger Gourriel is Lourdes Jr., the junior is after his father who was a famous player in Cuba. I didn't need to add the extra information.
  9. Bo Schultz has ridiculous stuff, respect the man.
  10. Speaking of, he's gone MIA for some time now.
  11. Someone please murder the high cutter FFS.
  12. I'm pretty sure she accidentally multi-quoted.
  13. My buddy Deadpool would never do such a thing.
  14. I was addressing the game over comment.
  15. You mean how Charlie Blackmon and DJLM didn't do much in the Colorado series?
  16. He's no Betances/Miller/Chapman/Kimbrel/Jansen etc. He's also prone to walks.
  17. Lol Cody Allen isn't that good.
  18. Jesus take the wheel.
  19. The curveball is back vdubs and gentlemen.
  20. He's completely embracing the role too, not someone who you would want sitting in your section methinks.
  21. That's kind of how it goes. Good pitchers tend to have the advantage, great hitters like Donaldson are just too good sometimes.
  22. I think most of the analytical guys were fully on board. Carrasco is a stud. Of course this is much easier to overlook in hindsight.
  23. It was mostly speculation wasn't it?
