  2. Major League umpires are such professionals. Class act day in and day out, flawlessly executing a job that computers could perform with precise accuracy, and most importantly keeping their egos in check, making sure to understand the perspective of the player and coach if and when a rare mistake happens. Of course, even better are the strict guidelines in place to keep wrongdoers in check, for in the unlikely scenario where an umpire steps out of line, they are punished severely which prevents future occurrences of the same and makes sure the players, not the officiating, dictates the game.
  3. Are you serious? The coach is responsible for the players making mistakes? Talk about using a scapegoat every time.
  4. Love it. Dominic Leone continues to impress. Honestly, after going away on every pitch, that was the perfect location for it even if it wasn't intended.
  5. Based on previous experience I wouldn't be so sure about this.
  6. Danny Espinosa continues to be disaster. Good sequence of pitches by Leone to get him out.
  7. Dude, it's not always a coach's fault. That's Carrera having the baseball IQ of a women's national soccer team player. He had no play at third and he should have gone to second. Who is responsible? Ezequiel f***ing Carrera.
  8. Liriano is a strong man mentally to not eat away at the ump there.
  9. Yeah Gibbons won't be the only one tossed by the end of the night.
  10. How did Pujols even manage to put that in play?
  11. Wow, just wow. Are you f***ing serious?
  12. Alright Russ, time to stick up for your boy Liriano again.
  13. How does the replay system not have every angle possible to determine whether the correct call was made?
  14. The other angle showed Martin clearly tagging Maybin's heel prior to the latter sliding his fingers near the plate. It was a clear out.
  15. Honestly Liriano has been just fine but he's getting screwed from all angles here.
  16. Like, if the umpire calls Maybin out there, Mike Scioscia might not even challenge that.
  17. Alright, let's somehow get Trout out and come away from this inning only trailing by one after some terrible calls all around.
  18. Are you seriously blaming that on Martin? Holy f***
  19. Wait a minute, he's f***ing out, Russell tagged his heel before Maybin had his hand on home plate.
