  1. Damn that was a good pitch to do something with.
  2. Get a nice little opposite field hit here Devon.
  3. Jesus Christ Coghlan, that was horrific.
  4. f***, we're definitely bunting here. Oh well, at least do a nice job of it Coghlan.
  5. Okay guys, real simple plan. DON'T BE AN IDIOT ON THE BASES.
  6. "Good inning for Grilli" Allowed a warning track line drive and a rocket to first base.
  7. OMG WE GOT AN OUTSIDE CORNER CALL!!!! Omg omg omg
  8. Guys we need to fire Gibbons. Clearly he should have been at first holding Carrera's hand so that he wouldn't get picked off like an idiot when he represents the tying run.
  9. OH MY f***ING GOD CARRERA. What a f***ing tool this guy is. f*** sakes.
  10. This is certainly valid. I'd at least stick it out with him for a bit until he definitely proves that he's finished.
  11. It sucks that Bautista knew he had to swing at that pitch because he was about to get rung up. Not many people know the strike zone as well as he does.
  12. Well if we're going by career numbers then it's not really close. He's arguably just as valuable of a baserunner, and neither is a good defender.

  14. Major League umpires are such professionals. Class act day in and day out, flawlessly executing a job that computers could perform with precise accuracy, and most importantly keeping their egos in check, making sure to understand the perspective of the player and coach if and when a rare mistake happens. Of course, even better are the strict guidelines in place to keep wrongdoers in check, for in the unlikely scenario where an umpire steps out of line, they are punished severely which prevents future occurrences of the same and makes sure the players, not the officiating, dictates the game.
  15. Are you serious? The coach is responsible for the players making mistakes? Talk about using a scapegoat every time.
  16. Love it. Dominic Leone continues to impress. Honestly, after going away on every pitch, that was the perfect location for it even if it wasn't intended.
  17. Based on previous experience I wouldn't be so sure about this.
  18. Danny Espinosa continues to be disaster. Good sequence of pitches by Leone to get him out.
