  1. @Brock Beauchamp Not a huge deal, but a few articles keep appearing on the unreads section that I can't get rid of despite clicking into them multiple times. This also brings me back to a previous suggestion of adding a "Mark Read" or similar button on the items in this section. Since I understand merging the articles and the threads created from them might be a difficult case to handle, I figure this might be an easier implementation on your end.
  2. I mean, Wagner has all of 3 PAs against LHP this season, unless you're drawing back from 2024 in which he did indeed struggle over a SSS (22 PAs). I mostly just want to see if there's anything in there for these guys to be more than platoon bats, not that there's anything wrong with playing the strong side of the platoon. Maybe Crochet isn't exactly the guy you test this theory on, however.
  3. At this point I kind of just hope it's Straw and one of Wagner/Roden is in the lineup. Schneider has been brutal to watch, consistently overmatched by the fastball. The pitchers know it, he knows it, still can't do anything about it.
  4. Ended up being Berrios who saved the season.
  5. Ernie has some smooth hands over at the hot corner.
  6. Great win, brutal baserunning decisions aside.
  7. Replay confirmed Springer was hustling, just a dumb mistake from Wagner.
  8. I think the home plate ump made the right call. Another inexcusable baserunning mistake.
  9. Another moronic baserunning decision, god damn Willy Wags what are you doing there kid?
  10. Kirk trying to activate our trap card in Tyler Heineman off the bench.
  11. Let's get that run back and let Hoffman finish the job.
  12. Bro just took a 3-2 fastball down the pipe.
  13. Huge break, that was drilled and easily could have been extra bases.
  14. I don't understand why he felt the need to rush a strong throw. He's walking distance to first base and has all the time in the world.
  15. Let's not push it now. Fourth time through the lineup in these conditions, just give Yimi a clean inning. Ugh Wagner
  16. He's a baseball player. Every start he gets out there and competes. He understands that sometimes you can't get a whiff from the 9th hitter in the lineup, all you need is attack hitters with strikes and let the defense do the job behind him.
  17. Gutsy performance by Berrios. Battling the brutal weather and he gets us through 7, what a bulldog.
  18. We needed that call badly. Couldn't give it to him on the backdoor slurve entering the zone?
  19. Bottom of the lineup has been magical.
  20. Gimenez and Springer are single handedly carrying this team,
  21. Vlad with the .750 OBP this game. Take that Soto.
  22. f*** yeah we finally get an overturn. Best throw of Roden's young career coupled with an excellent tag from our platinum glove 2B.
  23. Unreal tag by Gimenez. Here's to one of our challenges finally going our way lol
  24. First whiff of the night on the changeup lol
  25. Interesting that Berrios, who has been pumping fastball/sinkers all game, starts Duran with slurve, changeup, cutter and another slurve. Attempting to give a different look a third time through?
