  1. Jordan Hicks kinda blows lol. Lots of movement and velo but with like 30 command and the slider is awful, the ones that aren't balls by a mile are complete hangers.
  2. May 24 Vladdy - 1 Point - Springer - 1 Point - Bichette - 2 Points - Chapman - 3 Points - Wilko, Stangstag Teo - 3 Points - Orgfiller Jansen - 3 Points - P2F Gurriel Jr - 4 Points - Kirk - 4 Points - Espinal - 5 Points - Tapia - 7 Points - Capra- 7 Points - Zimmer - 7 Points - Bench - 8 points - john_Havok
  3. This has ROOGY written all over it. Make him focus on harnessing the slider and fastball on 2 inning stints and turn him into 2021 Ryan Thompson by the end of the year.
  4. You just can't teach instincts and reaction time like that. This is why Chapman is such a rock at the hot corner.
  5. This explains a lot. I've now taken measures to band aid this in the short term.
  6. Unreal AB by Bo, nothing falls against this Tampa defense unfortunately.
  7. I have no idea where Caleb Joseph came from to become a booth analyst lol. Devlin and Joe Siddall >>> Pat Tabler and anyone though, so we'll take it.
  8. f***'s sake Romano, he wasn't close at all to Trevino who's swinging a wet noodle. Three fastballs down the pipe would've gotten him out.
  9. Trout's is this but with a few more swings and misses. But then you add 97th percentile (lol) sprint speed and 84th percentile OAA in CF. Some guys are great and then there's the inner circle HOF greats.
  10. A decent throw gets Locastro there, Heineman just rushed it too much.
  11. The Yankees would pinch run with the fastest runner in baseball, f***.
  12. It's been a while since I felt so comfortable with an infielder on defense as I do with Chapman. Guy is a vacuum and throws chest high bullets every time.
  13. Loaisiga wanted no part of Vladdy after what he did to him the last time.
  14. It's because Chapman's was a little looping liner which almost always goes over the defense whereas Gurriel's was a groundball.
  15. As if Giancarlo f***ing Stanton who can't even sprint to first is still able to pull something like that off.
  16. Another nice play from Espinal. Side note - I'm still not used to batted balls up the middle essentially being routine plays, 10 years ago those are automatic hits every time. The shift has really messed with my perspective of what is and isn't a hit straight off the bat.
  17. Stripling looks excellent. The changeup is doing wonders against lefties and he's locating his pitches well.
  18. Chapman made that look like a chest-high one hopper to the second baseman. Guy is unreal out there at 3B.
  19. Another Kirk infield single. Nice to have speed on the bases late in game.
  20. Are you kidding? He had a 7:1 K/BB in 7 innings, and honestly should've been 8:0 with robo umps. Manoah was excellent.
  21. That's as perfect as a pitch gets on 3-2. Complete ********.
  22. Nothing's getting past the Rocket out there.
  23. Something I noticed that's very glaring is that even while resting Bogaerts the Red Sox still didn't put Story at SS. His arm must be f***ed or there's some other issue there.
  24. Stripling is bossing this lineup, pumping fastballs by them one after along with a good change. Number of 95s too.
