Hate to say it but that would all but do it. -
I'd say Bautista simply because he's the last big bat we have right now. Might be Reyes since he's been hot lately.

It would be ridiculous if they retaliated for that since Happ hitting him wasn't intentional. Melky getting hit where he did and as far in does make it seem like there might have been some intend but I doubt it. At least right now I doubt it. I'd hope they wouldn't retaliate over that.

I'd certainly give him a bit more money to stay. He's had a great year and there isn't anyone to replace him. Maybe he'll take a little less each year for the guarantee of a 3 year deal?
