You don't have to dominate at any level as a starter to be fine MLB reliever.

Sanchez is 22yo and throws a heavy breaking FB in the mid-to-upper 90's with ease. He can throw a dominant curve ball for strikes and swings and misses. He has a long way to go to be a top of the rotation arm but there is no reason to think that he wont be a serviceable mid-rotation starter with workhorse potential (dat frame). Reminds me a lot of healthy McG or a guy like Gio before his breakout.

If he's throwing 100+ mph with his insane movement he'd be fine at the the MLB level. Just makes more sense IMO to keep him in AAA the rest of the year and let him get as many reps as possible. Then AFL again...

Why wouldn't they want Norris in the pen this year? Gets him MLB experience and he will dominate. Sanchez would be interesting. He can probably hit triple digits consistently out of the BP. If he's around the zone he'd be hard to hit, especially so if he can continue to drop the hammer curve at will.
