  1. sorry i would take that all day with gold glove defense and the lack of strikeouts and stupidity on the field.
  2. 295 hitter against rightys is s***?
  3. you also have to take into consideration that Loney was an everyday player last year, whereas Lind was platooning quite a bit. If Loney was platooning his stats would look a lot better as he is a 220 hitter against lefties.
  4. you got to think loneys offensive production will go up a bit at rogers centre as well.
  5. lol ur comparing Delgado to Lind?
  6. i honestly can't think of many teams that would be interested in loney off the top of my head, so i think that will keep his market down.
  7. It's still a risk to go with an unknown like that for a full season for a championship team like Boston.
  8. Very doubtful New York loses Cano and Kuroda, if they do they will be hurting this year. Same goes for Boston, Ellsbury would be a big blow and if Drew goes they got Xander and Middlebrooks on the left side something i wouldn't be to excited about if i was a Boston fan.
  9. Yep Linds back is big question mark.
  10. Why he seems really durable to me.
  11. If they trade lind I could see them going after loney, which I wouldn't mind.
  12. Yeah I don't get it either.. Bautista is an amazing baseball player with a really good contract.
  13. If I were the cards I'd go for alexei hard, it's pretty sad in hindsight that the red sox let go of iggy for so little(peavy) in my opininon.
  14. I highly doubt it Sanchez would be the one dealt if any, hes still a year away atleast.
  15. Watched him tonight, he's the real deal gets all of his secondaries over for strikes and pounds the zone. Andy Burns looks like he could be something as well.
  16. Derrick Chung > JPA
  17. Also redmond drabek and hippster happ.
  18. i still feel like the phillies would take jpa off our hands, maybe we could get darin ruff off them.
  19. He is a weapon off the bench yes, but when playing the game of baseball he is a liability.
  20. You have to give AA cradit for finding good relievers, it's the one thing he's good at. Delabar,Santos,Jeffress,Wagner,Juan, he was also in on Grilli when everyone was like wtf?
  21. well his home splits were way better then his road haha
  22. The man had a great year, i just can't get some of those terrible terrible throws out of my head.... maybe we can get him on the delabar program and get him throwing a ball through a tire or something, there has go to be improvement there though and if there is watch out.
  23. Im not convinced he's a stud, he is solid but i wouldn't be afraid to trade him away if the right offer came.
  24. The fact is Izzy is under contract and you can't really get rid of him so he's on your bench.
  25. I think he wants Derosa there to tutor some of the young guys.... but the problem is Derosa shouldn't even be on the field so he's basically another coach taking a roster spot... this is why i don't understand when a guy does a bonehead play he doesn't get benched? That would teach guys just as well as the nice calming presence on the sideline.
