i wonder how much knowledge Seitzer is spreading to the young pups like Kalfus, i feel like this org needs a year of Seitzer being the roving coach for there minors and that would be worth more in the long run
Why not rush him back for the 6th spring training game? Every game matters this year AA, but can you handle losing a couple games with the Kawasaki's of the world to get your top dogs healthy?
The Jays should be able to get a nice player with that 2nd round pick with all the depth in this draft. Also I heard scouts were praising Nick Gordon and he's shooting up draft boards, but i like Forbes better he's a possible 5 tool at SS who hits in games and is very young with a lot of project ability.
Not a big fan of Aiken, he reminds me of a left handed version of Deck Mcguire. Doesn't do anything special but good command.
I really like Ortiz and Forbes though also intrigued by Max Pentecost
i really think AA has to go out and get a guy like Beckham and find a proper platoon for lind for ffs. He's got way to many bullpen arms and Wagner deserves to make this team and not be stuck in AAA.
The only real hard hit ball was by R Howard he was atleast keeping ball on the ground. Nice back to back pokes by the jays useing the middle of the field.
The thing about Rasmus is he can't hit lefties and shouldn't be playing everyday but will be on this Jays team. That should bring his value down as his overall numbers should suffer.
There whole team played awesome, nava was amazing, victorino was really good iggy was hitting like 350 at one point. The only injury I can think of that really effected them was Clay and there injured closers which ended up helping them
Even if money was an issue they could have filled some needs pretty cheapily (baker, gentry)AA seemed to just have tunnel vision on a SP and didn't adress any other areas.
