Man, I would really like to see what Rasmussen could become if he'd either grown up playing ball, or had a few more years of seasoning... His stuff is excellent, but Aussies don't give a f*** about baseball (it's his second sport after Aussie rules football) so he really didn't have a chance to get any refinement... Not totally happy with him in tight games right now, but if we could keep him in the system and develop him, he could be f***ing money with that curve long term...

Is there seriously no accountability for umpires and their strike zone awareness? I know #roboumps is a pipe dream, but shouldn't umpires being terrible result in like... some sort of punishment? suspension? firing? SOMETHING to make these fat f***s accountable for their utter terribleness?
