    I replied before you'd added in the quotes. Those would be the kind of quotes I'd make up of I was mocking how stupid people could be. This is a smorgasbord of dumb.

    Nothing to dislike about this, he gets a chance to show he can still play, and if he's great (and I hope he is) it's in the NL and we won't have to face him!

    Anyone who plays for the Yankees or the BoSox always gets more fluffing than they deserve from the media. Pedroia winning MVP when he wasn't even the best player on his team that year should pretty much show that.

    I'm hoping that he's turned a corner and is actually able to contribute... If he becomes the next workmanlike guy, I'm not interested... And he can go down when we're ready to call up McGuire or Jansen... So far this season, he has looked good. I hope he continues to look good.

    Royals are playing deep, no doubles... Not automatic, but definitely a risk you take.

    With one out, the Royals would be dumb as f*** to even make the throw if he ran.

    Martin is old and played like a few hours ago already... That's a lot to put on a catcher in a game that may go to extras...
