    Kinda How many times have you seen a guy get injured due to a a broken bone in the hand, foot, elbow, knee (not everyone wears a pad). A pitcher can't always predict where he is going to hit the guy especially when he is reaching back for something extra. As far as i am concerned throwing at someone is intent to injure and would like to see more suspensions I.E in Royals vs Donaldson Bau vs O'Day even when stroman admitted to hitting a Oriole. I Think it is very cowardly from a pitcher standpoint because they can't do a damn thing about it.

    Even Kratz was available who is a good catcher.

    I think it all stems from JPA looking like a lost little boy the first time that he caught him and then from now on it was ok only Thole can catch him. I think if you have any solid defensive catcher he should have no problem dealing with a knuckleball.

    This team is definitely weaker with Thole as the backup when i feel there are two better options.

    Sanchez is likely ahead of him and not a bad defensive catcher but i like Jimenez and i think he would make a solid backup

    Not if he stays healthy and plays like he can...... That healthy this is the big unknown. He has shown he can hit in the past when healthy.
